Rating America’s food industry with the national restaurant association awards
The National Restaurant Association (NRA) is an American organization that manages every aspect of the national restaurant industry, including everything from legal problems to events. Each year, they host the NRA Awards to recognize the hard work and dedication that goes into making the industry in America successful and reliable.
Within the NRA Awards are five individual collections of awards, namely the Faces of Diversity Awards, the Restaurant Neighbor Awards, the Thad and Alice Eure Ambassador of Hospitality Awards, the Kitchen Innovations Awards and the FABI Awards. Each of these focus on various criteria and search for specific qualities that make the winning restaurants deserving of the titles. The criteria include the realization of dreams through hard work, community service by restaurants, leadership in the industry, kitchen quality and
creativity of food and beverages.
What makes these awards unique is that, rather than focus on the public recognition of good food or popular reviews, the NRA is more interested in the quality of services and honoring each restaurant for their work, rather than reputation. Nevertheless, any restaurant awarded one of these titles has earned confirmation for a high level of restaurant standard and can be added to your list of best local restaurants to visit.
